Throughout the selection process, we provide a number of services including, but not limited to, finding the right venue for your meeting. However, you remain the hotel's client and operator of the program. Hotel proposals are addressed to you. 21st Century Group serves as the initial contact with the property until it is time to sign the contract or you say otherwise. Our services are designed to save you time and money - especially in the early stages of planning a program. Once the site selection process has begun a number of services are available at your request. Working with 21st Century Group is very simple. All we need to get started are program specs, date range, island preferences and the type of property need. Special meeting space requirements, suite needs and staff rooms should also be included. Once that information is received we will do the following:

	Make initial contact with appropriate properties in the areas under consideration. If requested, we will contact specific properties on your behalf or we will contact all properties in an area that fall within your parameters.
	Proposals will be made out to you and collected by us. Once received, the highlights will be summarized in spreadsheet form and presented to you. If preferred, proposals can be sent directly to you and the properties will follow-up with you directly.
	Based on the initial guidelines you provided, we will make qualified recommendations on which properties are best suited for your program and which properties offer the best value.
	Once you've decided on a property, we will assist with rate negotiation, comp concessions, meeting room rental, suite requirements, upgrades, staff accommodations etc.
	In addition, we will review deposit schedules, cut-off dates, rooming list requirements, attrition and cancellation clauses as well other contract inclusions that may need to be reworked to be in everyone's best interest.
	Throughout the contracting process, we will remain your "point person" until the contract is signed by both parties OR until you say otherwise. The decision is yours.
