Q.  Does it cost any more to utilize your services than if I go direct?

A.  We are paid on a commission basis by the hotels.   Our services cost planners nothing.  Hotels do not increase their rates if we are involved.  In fact, the opposite usually happens.  There are three reasons.  First, they are more concerned about winning the business than about paying any commission.  Second, we let properties know who their competition is and they have to offer their most competitive rates without regard to any fees or commission.  Finally, because we do a lot of business with these hotels, they know us and they know we present legitimate group opportunities on a regular basis.  When we present these opportunities they typically pursue them aggressively.
